Children of expatriate and local executives attend more than 50 international schools, including 18 schools belonging to the English Schools Foundation (ESF), offering different curricula: American, Australian, British, Canadian, French, German-Swiss, Japanese, Korean and Singaporean, providing a total of 31,000 places. Of these international schools, 25 operate up to secondary level and 48 at primary level. There are 38 kindergartens and a special education school.
